Mrs Marian Kinder – married, two children – has been active as an attorney in Berlin since 1998 after completing her studies and practical training there.

Mrs Kinder is a member of the Association of binational families and partnerships where she also holds counselling sessions. In addition, she is a member of the Berliner Anwaltsverein (Berlin lawyers association) and the family law working group of the Deutscher Anwaltsverein (German lawyers association).
